Community Wise was born out of a desire to create larger-scale social impact. Community is at the core of all we do, whether that is designing new social services, evaluating existing services, or facilitating collaboratives. We specialize in community engagement, research and evaluation, partnership development and service design utilizing collective impact, human-centered design, and community-based participatory research.

We have expertise in continuous quality improvement, lean principles, organizational development and collaboration, as well as topical expertise in child care, early childhood education, healthy retail, nutrition, HIV/AIDS, and HCV. We have experience collaborating with a members of various communities, local and governmental agencies, and funders to conduct needs assessments, design and evaluate culturally-relevant programs, and to cultivate partnerships.
